GISRoam Pro
If you have out grown GISRoam and need more features, we have them in our step up from GISRoam called GISRoam Pro.GISRoam does all you can do with GISRoam plus.
GISRoam Pro is an in-app purchase that enables the new capabilities most requested by you the customers, including:
- Change Display Order
- Push edit to change order of vector layers (points above lines etc)
- Collection
- When you confirm a new feature during collection, the form for attribution collection opens to allow you to populate that information as well. Collect as many features as needed then close collection
- Hitting the X in upper right corner de-selects any features on the map
- Lines
- Color coded lines based on data attributes
- Control Line weights based on layer
- Control Line styles (dashed) based on layer
- Add labels to lines (down the lines versus across)
- Control Line weights based on layer
- Control Line styles (dashed) based on layer
- Newly created lines get automatically length attribute with values in user defined units
- Polygon
- Control Fill pattern and color per layer
- Newly created polygons get automatically perimeter and area attributes with values in user defined units
- Points
- Select and apply symbols of each layer (points)
- Ability for user defined symbols to be added to the program
- Ability to save custom icons with the shapefile to share with others through localconnect
- Ability to take or associate photo with points (save them as well to share)
- Labels
- Control the label color
- Add label mask behind labels so they are more readable on the screen (i.e. white box or bubble behind text)
- Label lines that follow the line
- Label automatically remove if overlapping
- Label map level control for rendering separate from vector map level control
- Photos
- Ability to associate or take a photo for point objects
- Ability to show thumbnail of photos on 2D map
- Ability to save photos to the shapefile to share with others using Localconnect
- Point vector removed from the scene so do photo thumbnails
- Search
- New ability to save searches for use later
- Rendering Speed
- Render speed for high density points has been increase significantly (up to 3x)
- Labels automatically remove from the scene when they overlap or get too small to read to increase performance
- User defined map levels per layer (i.e. 1:250K) to remove content when more of the map is being displayed
